Hello!

Today is the first day of the rest of my (blogging) life!

The reason I decided to start this blog is to chronicle our lives, mostly our vacations. We love to go to Sanibel/Captiva Islands in Florida.

This year is our 25th Wedding Anniversary!! Since we did not have a honeymoon, we are taking a weeks vacation with NO KIDS and staying in a resort on Captiva Island! We are anitcipating this trip with the same feelings I get when I am in a restaurant and see our waitress across the room bring our dinner! I can't wait!

We have the reservations. We have the time off work. We have the kids and pets taken care of. We are just ticking off the days until we leave for paradise!
